Austin Chafetz founded Caladan Shores after working in institutional real estate acquisitions, asset management and dispositions. He brings that experience to local property purchases and sales.
Based in Rancho Palos Verdes, Austin holds an MBA from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree from Amherst College.
